1. About these terms

Purnam Solutions LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its head office at Shadow Tower, Office 801, Corniche Street, Al Mamzar, Sharjah, UAE.

2. Our services

We provide business setup and company formation, PRO and government liaison services, visa processing, document clearing and attestation, corporate support, facilities management, courier and delivery, manpower and HR supply, and engineering and safety consultancy.

Service details, timelines and prices are confirmed individually in a written quotation or service agreement. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Quotations, fees and payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Government fees, embassy charges and third-party costs are set by the relevant authorities and may change without notice; such changes are passed on at cost.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend work on your file where payments are overdue.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authentic documents and information. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent documentation are outside our control and may incur additional charges.

You must hold the legal right to submit all documents you provide to us and to engage us to act on your behalf.

5. Government decisions and timelines

Approvals, licences, visas and attestations are issued at the sole discretion of the relevant UAE government authorities, embassies and ministries. We cannot guarantee approval or exact processing times, and any timelines we give are good-faith estimates.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Purnam Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from government decisions, authority delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos and graphics — belongs to Purnam Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
